Laura Connolly is originally from Miami, Florida.  She moved to Memphis after graduating from high school in 1997 to attend the University of Memphis on a baton twirling scholarship.  While completing her student teaching for her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, She was assigned to St. Francis where she has taught for 18 years. She received her Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Nova Southeastern University in 2005.

 

Laura has taught dance specializing in early childhood dance education for 21 years. Her classes are happy, fun, creative, nurturing, and educational. Her teaching style is sing-songy and Disney princess pleasant with well-established guidelines and age-appropriate feedback.
